If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. You also accept these Terms on behalf of all travellers in your booking and confirm you have authority to do so.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Our Services<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookeasy is an online platform that connects guests with third-party accommodation suppliers (property owners, guesthouses \u2013 \u201c<\/span><b>Suppliers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d). We act as an <\/span><b>intermediary\/agent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> only. Any booking you make is a direct contract between <\/span><b>you (the Guest)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>Supplier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Bookeasy is not a party to that contract except for processing payments where applicable.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Bookings &amp; Your Responsibilities<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are solely responsible for choosing the correct property, verifying all details, and ensuring suitability (dates, location, facilities etc.).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All information you provide must be accurate.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supplier-specific rules, house rules, and cancellation policies apply and should displayed during booking.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Prices, Quotes &amp; Payments<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices are subject to change. Confirmed quotations are binding subject to availability. We accept credit cards and EFT via a secure gateway (PayStack).\u00a0 We do not store card details.<\/span><\/p><p><b>User Content &amp; Reviews<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you submit reviews, photos, or other content you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote it. You warrant you own the rights and that the content is accurate and non-infringing.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content on our platform (logos, design, software) is owned by Bookeasy or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit it.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Disclaimers &amp; Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We provide the platform \u201cas is\u201d. We do not guarantee availability, quality, safety, or suitability of any Supplier\u2019s property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookeasy\u2019s liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid to us in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for Supplier performance, indirect losses, or events beyond our control.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Governing Law<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be heard in the appropriate South African courts.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contact<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For questions: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:support@bookeasy.co.za\"><b>mail@bookeasy.co.za<\/b><\/a><\/p><h2><b>Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h2><p><b>Important<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation policies are set by each individual Supplier (property owner) and are clearly displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email. <\/span><b>Bookeasy does not set or override these policies.<\/b><\/p><p><b>Default Policy (if none shown)<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All bookings and charges are <\/span><b>non-refundable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> unless a more lenient policy is explicitly stated.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How to Cancel<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Log into your Bookeasy account or reply to your confirmation email.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide your booking reference.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will forward the request to the Supplier.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><b>Refund Process<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds (where due under the Supplier\u2019s policy) are processed by the Supplier.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Changes to Bookings<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any date or guest changes are subject to Supplier approval and possible extra charges.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contact us at <\/b><b>support@bookeasy.co.za <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 we are happy to assist and liaise with the Supplier.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bookeasy \u2013 Terms &amp; Conditions The Company BOOKEASY SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD is a private company registered in South Africa with registration number 2026\/151364\/07.
